A fitness instructor, educator and personal coach dedicated to helping those I come in contact with learn to grow and expand into the person they are meant to be.
My personal experience with having various health concerns based on physical characteristics (scoliosis and cartilage issues) or accidents (creating torn meniscus, neck fracture, shoulder and back pain/numbness) has allowed me to have the ability to connect with those who take my yoga classes at a deeper level.
