Teaching Style
With the student in mind classes provide safe layering and hands on instruction allowing one to have the most personal experience and growth in a group setting.
That means through the initial intake form and interview process you will receive an experience that has been specially tailored to you or the group as a whole. Each class is designed around input from those participating with attention to their health as well as emotional needs.
Dawn uses her years years of training and skillful teaching to provide a safe and friendly environment to bring about the most growth. During the process of each class students will learn new ways to appreciate their own body as well as ways to continue to grow in their self-awareness. Expect to leave each class relaxed and with a renewed sense of peace.
